Four Things You’ve Got To Know About Marketing On Twitter
Just last week I completed a fast training about marketing on Twitter and the way to use it properly. But at the end of the coaching, I felt unfinished. Just like there had been something missing. It was that I did not prep the listener’s mind-set about some the key parts to marketing on Twitter properly.
So I have made a decision to make it up in this post.
1- Twitter is used to build relations and trust. Just like dating someone that you like, it’ll take some time to build up trust and develop a relationship. Selling on Twitter is not to be used for advertising only. Yes, you may advertise finally, although not right off the bat.
2- Use Twitter to give value and to help people untangle their Problems. Folks seek ‘helpful’ information. They don’t want an advert that announces effectively, purchase my stuff!
If you help folks unscramble their issues first, you’ll be rewarded with a unswerving fan base who will purchase from you.
This platform isn’t for folks who are selfish and are only there to take from others. This sort of behavior is what we call amateur sales. Amateur’s usually don’t have a faithful fan base on social media sites. Amateur’s are here today, and gone tomorrow. Do not be an amateur when marketing on Twitter.
3- Targeting your niche on Twitter has nearly become witless to do. Go to www.search.twitter.com to reduce down your micro niche. For instance : If you provide a super hepa air filter, you could use search.twitter.com and enter the keyword, Allergies.
This is what I was able to pull from Twitter, real time : Argh. The allergies have reared their ugly head. Everything is so itchy and scratchy and sneezy, I cannot handle it!
At that point, you could kick off a conversation with this person and at last over time you can introduce your super hepa filter to them. But it’s’s important to build the relationship first. People buy from folk that they trust.
4- When Tweeting, tweet with good price through fascinating content or entertainment. As an example : Sitting on the beach where I was homeless just 3 years ago. It’s frightening to think where I’d be if I had given in to my excuses.
Be certain to post ‘value driven’ or entertaining YouTube Videos, Articles, Inspiring Quotes, personal or cool photos, and plenty of other cool things that shows the world your personality.
Bonus - I couldn’t end this post without showing you the easiest way to market on Twitter with your product or service.
There is a simple rule to follow to a sales offer when marketing on Twitter. Tweet three content only tweets, and then you can tweet one Sales offer Tweet.
When doing your sales offer, plug in a value add. For example : ‘Check out this cool new video on The five most typical Mistakes Made On YouTube, and the way to Avoid Them http://YourWebsiteURL.com .’ At the end of your video be sure to give directions,eg, ‘ Go Now To www.YourWebsiteURL.com ‘
Tweeting through out the day to build relationships and a solid fan base should take less than thirty mins to an hour a day. This is a little sacrifice contrasted to the rewards that you can harvest with marketing on Twitter.
Just as an extra bonus, check out Ping.FM or SocialOomph to handle your social media communications.
Enjoy and i hope to tweet you at the top!

The Yet Undiscovered Riches of Membership Sites
Everyone knows about and probably regularly visits some type of membership site. Whether it be youtube, myspace, facebook, a forum, or something else, you’re visiting a membership site. Many of these websites are worth millions, if not billions, of dollars. People love to waste time on their computers watching pointless videos or connecting with people that they hardly know.
The real power of making money through membership sites shows itself when you look into the simpler niches. The unique thing about membership sites is that you can charge a low fee and be fairly sure that the average user will stay subscribed for three months. That means that instead of charging a one time fee of $45, you charge $15 a month. Some users will stay members much longer if they like your service, but for the most part the average user will stay for three months (the same as setting a one-time fee).
The trick to running a successful small membership site is picking a unique and profitable niche. Unfortunately, with that alone you will fail to make almost anything. Running a good membership site requires conglomerates, credibility to your name, and of course experience. When you first start you probably won't have any of this.
If you wish to have any success in running a membership website, you’ll need to learn from someone who is already fairly successful. Unfortunately this can be a tedious task if you don't know where to start. The first thing I was taught when I got into membership sites was that if you don’t love what you’re writing about, you won’t be able to keep doing it. Honestly, that just isn't true. If you see steady pay coming from a certain area, that will be enough to get you interested in it. Of course it doesn't hurt to enjoy what you are writing about.
When you finally give in to your desire to learn more about membership sites, you’ll want to download the free report named Secrets Of The Membership Millionaires. This report will teach you many things you need to know about membership sites. You'll learn the biggest mistakes, how to outsource your writing, and even the reason that you shouldn't use your brilliant idea (just yet).
Many internet marketing professionals offer courses in making money in the internet. A select few of these focus directly on the topic of membership sites. From that group there is a couple that write out detailed packages that will take you where you want to be. One of the most respectable in the field, Cindy Battye, went from searching for coins in the couch to going on cruises and trips around the world. Of course you could make the biggest rookie mistake there is: not listen to any professionals and try to make a product and market it on your own. This is almost guaranteed to end in almost no revenue and no experience. If this interests you read the free report.
